'ToastBagelMash began with a vision: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family initiated our pizza place in 1985 as a quaint, family-operated restaurant with age-old recipes passed down through relatives.
Luca Rossi, our creator, mastered pizza crafting on her journeys across Italy, learning from the experts in Naples, where pizza was conceived. Back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, prioritizing age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
From an initial cozy 12-seat restaurant, we have evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our promise to excellence and genuineness remains intact. Our wood-fired oven tradition continues, we prepare our dough from scratch daily, and we procure the most exceptional ingredients available.
Currently, 'ToastBagelMash is still under the family's guidance, now with the Rossi family's younger generation at the helm. While we have adopted new advances, the core of our ethos remains focused on crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite our community.
